Beauty is just a Noun like Handsome is

Recently, I got to know about a stringent behavior of males towards the female employee. The behavior was so unnatural and painful that left me with a question that ‘Is she safe’ in her team. We talk about rules, laws, and phrases like ‘Save the Girl Child’. But is this sufficient. I feel despite various rules, laws, and policies, the girls are still not safe. Be it a public place, a straight road or a private company.

Another thought comes to my mind is, can beauty turns be a curse. When a girl gets promotion then why peers, seniors or juniors becomes so judgmental about the character of the girl. Why everyone opens up a discussion about her relationship, especially with her boss? Some or the other way her boss also starts giving different offers like let’s booze together. In no time the request of dropping at home changes to I will drop you. This seems like he is trying to ask for a payback and that too in kind.

Has anyone even asked the girl that what she needs, whether she is being promoted because of her relationship with her boss or she really deserved? Whether such bosses or peers have ever thought that what if the same thing happen to their daughter, sister or wife.
Despite educating our girls about the different mindset of people, I think this is the high time to educate our boys that a girl is also capable of achieving the heights. Beauty is not a tool to achieve something, it is just a noun for girls like handsome is for boys.

A Day for Me is….I’m Waiting

Companies have started visiting our campus. I am floating my resume (Record of Enemy’s Success Updates Must be Engraved) . Another very nice thought from Amir Khan’s New movie – “ Jab apne dost ka naam result main naa ho, to dukh hoota hai. Magar jab uska naam sabse top main ho to aur ziaada dukh hota hai. ” I am using as well as fighting with both the situations.
